1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene concerns, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:

You received the wrong product

The product was damaged or leaking upon delivery

The product is expired or defective
Conditions for Return:

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of damage or issue (such as photos) must be submitted
How to Request a Return:

Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or provide return instructions.
2. Refund Policy
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items: Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be refunded
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them

If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
After Shipping:

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
